The management system which was created by Kite Union is a tool which allows to track delivery of elementary task operation while using a mobile device and web browser management panel. Each system element of the manufacture is determined in the application program and it allows to create tasks and divide each task into subtasks. This visibility helps to view the chain of tasks, its parallelism and calculate planned and fact time spent, set managers, responsible and review the whole process through the manufacturing cycle in real time.
